Thank you Jane for this online course just when I needed it. I always thought self-care was "self-indulgent", things only celebrities' had the time for, but this course showed it was far more than that. From taking responsibility to allowing yourself to be helped, identifying areas of need, how to develop good habits, learning I am enough and the importance of gratitude. The course is a mind reframing journey, not just a bubble bath.
